Waivers
Every participant signs a release of liability waiver at arrival, and we hold a brief safety meeting before each hunt. Please read the applicable waiver in advance so we can get straight to the field.
Davis Game Birds — Release of Liability Waiver
Used for all standalone Davis Game Birds hunts at Mason Hill Preserve and Deep Woods Preserve.

Used for joint hunts hosted with Bouler’s Game Birds & Bouler’s Upland.

What the waiver covers
- Acknowledgement that a safety meeting was conducted prior to the hunt.
- Assumption of the inherent risks of upland hunting, firearms, and hunting dogs.
- Release of liability for the Owner, agents, employees, guides, and representatives.
- Bird-dog protection clause and a $10,000 bird-dog loss fee for negligence-caused harm.
- Indemnity for any claims arising from the participant’s involvement.
Waivers are signed in person at arrival. The waiver acknowledgement on the booking form simply confirms that you’ve read these terms in advance.
